Best 6 Mobile Proxy Providers for 2026: The Ultimate Speed & Trust Test
Modern anti-automation systems have come a long way and learned to detect bot traffic through various patterns. This includes deep packet inspection (DPI), behavioral scoring algorithms, and much more.
But all these technical parameters can easily crumble if the wrong IP address is used. Let's agree - it's frustrating when you configure your system as consistently as possible, plan and adjust everything, but a single blacklisted IP address sends your profile straight to a ban, and you don't even immediately realize the real reason.
Therefore, when it comes to security, the best mobile proxies are the first thing that comes to mind. And since classic datacenter and, in some cases, even elite residential proxies are periodically penalized by the algorithms of social networks, search engines, and e-commerce platforms, in this article, we want to focus on mobile proxies. They stand apart from the aforementioned competitors and, for various reasons, are considered the best choice when talking about social networks.
Why Mobile Proxies Are Better, or the 5G Era and the Fundamental Architecture of Trust in Mobile IPs
The superiority of mobile proxies over datacenter and residential ones is based on the physical and architectural limitations of the modern internet. The key factor in building the "immunity" of mobile proxies against blocks is the widespread implementation of CGNAT (Carrier-Grade NAT) technology by mobile operators.
Since we have been on the verge of exhausting the IPv4 address pool for quite some time, and internet service providers are slowly transitioning to the IPv6 standard, mobile operators, in turn, are physically unable to assign a unique external IP address to every smartphone. Instead, they use multi-level network address translation.
Why Providers Won’t Block Scrapers Under Mobile Proxies
The operator's internal network operates on private (gray) subnets, which are then routed through a single external NAT gateway. In practice, this means that a single public IPv4 address of a mobile operator is simultaneously shared by thousands of real subscribers.
From the perspective of a target service's anti-fraud system (like Instagram or Amazon), the traffic originating from a script or scraper running through a mobile proxy looks exactly like the traffic of hundreds of real smartphone users. Blocking or penalizing such an IP address would lead to the mass blocking of regular platform users. It is precisely this architectural nuance that forces social network algorithms to allow traffic from mobile IPs, lowering the CAPTCHA trigger threshold, ignoring minor anomalies in digital fingerprints, and relaxing checks on behavioral patterns.
Technological Leap: From 4G LTE to 5G Standalone (SA) Mobile Proxy Architecture
Despite the high level of trust in mobile proxies, until recently, the main compromise when using mobile networks remained network latency and bandwidth instability. Although 4G LTE mobile networks provided acceptable speeds for web surfing, they suffered from significant delays due to congestion and the architecture of the core network. When scraping, such delays lead to a decrease in overall performance.
However, leading 5G proxy providers have begun widespread implementation of this technology, which has managed to overcome some of the bottlenecks of the previous standard - in particular, reducing latency. The 5G architecture eliminates the intermediate routing nodes of the older generation, reducing the base ping to the level of 5–15 milliseconds, showcasing true 5G Standalone (SA) latency.
For systems executing thousands of parallel asynchronous HTTP requests, reducing the Time to First Byte (TTFB) by 30-40 ms saves enormous amounts of time.

Mobile Proxy Testing Methodology: Our "Mobile-First" Approach
But claiming features and actually delivering them are two different things. In this article, we will compare the top 6 platforms to find the best mobile proxy provider in terms of the price-quality ratio.
For an objective and comprehensive evaluation of the providers, we used our proprietary automated Python checker, running pools of 50 proxies from each participant through it.
The evaluation was conducted across three key vectors that shape the final proxying quality: bandwidth and uptime, IP rotation mechanics, as well as cryptographic cleanliness and Fraud Score.
Speed Test & Availability: Bandwidth, TTFB, and Stability Benchmark measurements of bandwidth can reveal the difference between the hardware of modem farms. Our benchmark runs a series of tests (downloading binary files from Hetzner and OVH servers), recording three main metrics:
- RTT (Ping) - network latency before the connection is established.
- TTFB (Time To First Byte) - response time until the first byte of content is received.
- DL_Mbps - pure average download speed.
Besides peak speeds, connection stability in the moment is critically important. To test this, we conducted an express availability test: 50 consecutive requests within 1 minute through each node to identify the real Uptime percentage under streaming load, the number of micro-disconnects and dropped sessions, as well as average and maximum network latency spikes.
IP Rotation Test: Address Change Mechanics and Downtime IP address rotation is the core mechanism for bypassing rate limits and request-based blocks. The testing evaluated exactly how the provider handles the change of the external IP address: via a trigger through a special IP Rotation Link or with each newly established connection (Rotating Sessions).
Our script continuously polls diagnostic endpoints at the moment rotation is initiated to accurately measure two parameters:
- Rotation Time - the total time required for the modem to receive a new IP address from the cellular operator.
- Rotation Downtime - the actual unavailability time (connection drop) of the proxy channel in milliseconds.
Trust & Fraud Score: Smart Reputation Analysis and DNS Leaks A standard measurement for any proxy. A platform's absolute trust in a mobile IP is easily destroyed if it is blacklisted or if the proxy server allows leaks. We aggregated data from leading anti-fraud systems: IPQualityScore, Scamalytics, IPinfo, AbuseIPDB, and Spamhaus. Additionally, each proxy was tested for DNS Leaks.

Floppydata Mobile Proxy (#1: Absolute Leader and the Future of Mobile Access)

FloppyData offers wide geography-coverage in over 195 countries and thousands of cities worldwide, including the US, UK, Germany, Japan, and Brazil. The key technical advantage of a Floppydata mobile proxy is its precise geo-targeting. A user can literally, in two clicks, select not only the target region but also bind to a specific city, which can be critical for certain advanced anti-fraud systems. Based on the totality of the collected data, FloppyData proved to be the most cost-effective provider of 2026 for working with mobile traffic.
There is a myth in the proxy market about "pure 5G with speeds of 100+ Mbps." Marketers love selling these numbers by measuring them in a perfect vacuum. But when you are physically located, say, in Da Nang, and routing your traffic through Germany or the US, the laws of physics take over.
This is exactly what our measurements for Floppydata showed. FloppyData's mobile proxies are not the fastest compared to some competitors, but they are the most stable, secure, and predictable tool for automation and farming out of all tested.
Instant Mobile Proxy Rotation

Unlike its competitors, FloppyData has one of the best metrics for IP address change time. On average, the change occurs in 1-1.9 seconds with zero downtime, which is visible in the screenshot above. The connection doesn't drop, and scripts don't break. For multi-threaded auto-registrars or scrapers, this is crucial.
Perfect DNS and 100% Trust

Unlike some competitors, not a single proxy from Floppydata showed a DNS leak. No traces of the IP addresses in spam databases like AbuseIPDB or IPQS were found either. Crystal-clear Deutsche Telekom and Vodafone subscribers significantly reduce the risk of getting banned.

Real Bandwidth
Tests showed a stable working 4-6 Mbps (with peaks up to 9.22 Mbps). This might not be enough for downloading files via torrents, but it is more than sufficient for the comfortable and smooth loading of heavy interfaces like Facebook Ads Manager or TikTok Business Center. But more importantly, this speed does not drop to the level of 0.5 Mbps, like with some providers in our top list. The speed is stable.

Working with the Admin Panel
FloppyData's interface is top-notch-it can be characterized by minimalism and simplicity. All necessary settings are right at hand, not hidden deep inside. There is no need to search for anything for a long time; everything is intuitive.

But the cherry on top is still the price; no other provider has such a pleasant rate-$1 per 1 GB. All else being equal, this is a highly important factor when making a decision about choosing a provider.
API Integration: Instant IP Change for Software
The ability to seamlessly integrate into custom software (Python/Node.js scripts, Selenium, Puppeteer, Zennoposter, as well as anti-detect browsers) deserves a special mention. Floppydata has a simple and clear API. The platform supports native integration with market leaders: Gologin, Multilogin, Octobrowser, AdsPower, and Dolphin Anty.
Exclusive Tools
A unique feature of Floppydata compared to competitors is the availability of free verification tools, particularly a proxy availability checker for a specific resource. You can check in advance how the target resource sees your IP address and understand if there will be any problems when working with it through FloppyData's mobile proxies.

Bright Data Mobile Proxies - Scale and Reach, But Not Everything is Smooth

If we had to describe Bright Data in one sentence, it would be: A giant in the proxy market with an endless pool of 7M+ IPs, which in reality requires the skills of a DevOps engineer for stable operation.
Bright Data is truly synonymous with the word "scale." If you need a mobile IP from a specific operator on a specific street in Berlin, their dashboard with an interactive world map allows you to do just that. However, for a classic media buyer (traffic arbitrageur), the scale of the network crashes against the harsh technical reality of the P2P architecture.
Our benchmark of German mobile nodes immediately revealed four critical issues that you should know about before buying an expensive plan. And yes, their traffic is not cheap.

Bright Data's mobile network is built on a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) principle. You buy the traffic of an actual smartphone belonging to a regular user. If the owner goes down into the subway, turns on airplane mode, or their battery dies, your proxy dies right in the middle of a session. In our test, dozens of connection attempts ended in a fatal resolution error. For automation scripts, this means constant drop-offs and the need to write complex retry logic.
Traffic Mixing (Fake Mobile)

Another critical "feature" of Bright Data that we uncovered through our checker is the presence of residential IPs mixed into the pools. This means you pay for mobile proxies, but there is no guarantee that standard residential ones won't be among them. This likely happens when the load balancer fails to find available mobile peers in the specified region.

Anti-fraud systems of Facebook and TikTok can perfectly see the difference between a mobile operator's ASN and a regular home internet provider. This is a red flag, and in the premium segment-which is exactly how Bright Data positions itself-this shouldn't happen.
Basement-Level Speeds
Those few addresses that managed to break through the errors and the speed test showed very mediocre results-0.89 Mbps (one IP address gave 7 Mbps). Meanwhile, the ping (RTT) skyrocketed beyond 4 seconds. This is the worst result among all participants.

Working with the Panel
The dashboard, unlike the real measurements, matches their status, although it could be simplified a bit. It offers fine-tuning, like FloppyData, allowing proxy selection down to the city and precise ASN filtering. But for beginners, this might be overkill. The process of generating a simple port is overloaded with unnecessary steps.

Bright Data is not suitable for specialists who need to implement proxies into their project quickly, in a couple of clicks. Furthermore, a bunch of errors, combined with low speed and a high price-$9 per GB of traffic-do not add points to Bright Data's mobile proxies. It is an unjustifiably complex, expensive choice, with proxies that are not of the highest quality.
Oxylabs Mobile Proxy - Corporate Scale and Stability

Oxylabs is traditionally positioned as heavy artillery for the B2B segment. And our checker confirmed that their infrastructure works like a Swiss watch. Of course, there were minor moments that somewhat spoiled the overall picture, but let's take it step by step.
Perfect Trust
Overall, there were no critical remarks regarding the cleanliness of Oxylabs' mobile proxy pool. Out of the entire tested sample, not a single IP address landed in the Spamhaus, IPQS, or AbuseIPDB databases.

Header analysis confirmed the real cellular ownership of the addresses; this is also visible by the mobile network operators (Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone, Telefonica). For advertising campaigns on FB or TikTok, this is a positive signal-anti-fraud systems let such addresses pass without the slightest suspicion.
Seamless Rotation
Oxylabs' switching algorithms, just like FloppyData's, are set up excellently. At the moment the IP address changes, the network connection does not drop. The time it takes to get a new address varies from 1.1 to 7.5 seconds. When working through anti-detect browsers or using scrapers, this is a fairly comfortable metric: the software does not throw network errors and doesn't drop out due to timeouts. However, the upper limit is still slightly elevated; FloppyData's metric was lower.
The IP address change also goes smoothly; the addresses do actually change.
Speed and Routing Specifics
Now we've reached the nuances. Bandwidth showed a massive spread: from 0.38 Mbps on "congested" cell towers to a very confident 51.05 Mbps at peak. On average, the channel holds 5-15 Mbps. For comfortable work with Business Manager or data scraping, this is more than enough.

Latency metrics turned out to be momentarily high-from 786 ms to 4889 ms.

Periodically, the checker caught so-called "dead" tunnels, which naturally negatively impacts the overall impression of the pool. But in defense of Oxylabs, we can say that the margin of error is small; roughly 2% of the proxies from the total pool received this mark.

Working with the Panel
In general, after working with the interface of the Oxylabs mobile proxy provider, the conclusion is that it is tailored more towards engineers and developers. The main focus here is on a powerful API and automated session management. But overall, even a beginner can figure it out after some training time.

Oxylabs didn't break any speed records, but it didn't fail the pool cleanliness test either. Overall, it can safely be placed third in our ranking. It is no longer as expensive a solution as Bright Data, but also not the cheapest among those presented in the top. In terms of the price-quality ratio, it is comparable to competitors, yielding a bit in price and slightly in quality.
Decodo Mobile Proxies - The Perfect Balance of Price and Algorithmic Quality

If you are looking for a golden mean for account warm-ups, Decodo's mobile proxy pools might be exactly what you need. In our tests, they showed excellent results in terms of trust from anti-fraud systems, but a few nuances were uncovered-well, where would we be without them, right?
Trust Level 10 out of 10
The main task of mobile proxies is not to get flagged. And here, Decodo delivers 100%.
- 100% CLEAN: Out of our test sample, not a single IP address hit the red zone.
- Honest Mobile: The script confirmed that under the hood, these are indeed mobile operators (Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone, Telefonica), and not disguised datacenter IPs.
- No Spam Trail: We found no marks in the Spamhaus or IPQS databases.

Speed and Stability
Decodo's pool turned out to be not the most stable of all participants. In the case of Decodo's mobile proxies, stability heavily depended on which cell tower the load balancer attached the IP address to.

Within a single session, we received both an anomalous 750+ Mbps and an indecently low 0.29 Mbps. If you are uploading heavy creatives, such instability can become a problem.

Also, the latency was disappointing, occasionally reaching up to 4.7 seconds. If you are working through Puppeteer or Playwright, you might encounter issues with delays, and here you have to choose-either a crash due to a timeout or a prolonged script execution time due to massive delays, which will slow down the whole process.
Dead Tunnels (403 Forbidden):

The load balancer sometimes assigned IPs that simply refused to pass traffic. In an anti-detect browser, this would look like an endlessly loading white page. If you opt for this provider, keep in mind that your software must be able to handle such drops and force an IP address change.
IP Rotation Test
No problems arose here; the IP change occurs seamlessly-the network connection does not drop during rotation. However, simply waiting for the new address from the server can take from 1.5 to 9.2 seconds. When working with 100 threads, such pauses, combined with latency, can add up to hours lost.

Working with the Panel
The interface is as ascetic and clear as possible. There is no clutter from enterprise features; generating a port takes a couple of clicks. Perfect for a quick start. It can be compared to FloppyData in terms of convenience.

Decodo's mobile proxies are an excellent choice for mass registration and account warm-ups, where trust is more important than latency. But for tasks requiring a stable channel (like our leader Floppydata), the provider currently lacks technical stability. In terms of price, the provider is in the middle zone-it is already cheaper than Oxylabs, but still more expensive than FloppyData.

SOAX Mobile Proxy - Flexible Geo-Targeting by ASN

SOAX pools are famous for their granularity-here you get advanced carrier targeting, allowing you to drill down to a specific ISP. But the complexity of the setup and an overloaded interface somewhat blur this advantage.

Based on the test results, it was evident that under the hood, these are indeed mobile IP addresses (Vodafone, Telekom, Telefonica) with a clean reputation. Not a single IP from the sample landed in the Spamhaus or IPQS databases. Yet, SOAX's architecture hides a few non-obvious traps.

Seamless Rotation - Zero Downtime
The main plus we noted (aside from pool cleanliness) is the perfect IP change process. At the moment of rotation, the network connection does not break (Rotation_Downtime_ms = 0). This means that your sessions will not drop with network errors, and the software will continue working on the new address as smoothly as possible.
What to Look Out For: Traps for Beginners
Fine-tuning the pool can play a cruel joke on you.
By default, many users insert the proxy in the format socks5://. The problem is that under this standard, DNS requests might be processed locally on your computer. That is, even if you are using, for example, a German mobile proxy from SOAX, Facebook will see a mobile IP address from Berlin... but the DNS server will be your local ISP.

Anti-fraud systems instantly flag such a Mismatch as a red flag. Be sure to use the socks5h protocol (the letter 'h' forces DNS resolution on the proxy server side) to close this vulnerability.
Serious TTFB and Timeouts
If you develop scrapers or write custom extensions for switching profiles, be prepared for anomalous delays with SOAX mobile proxies. On some IP addresses, the server response time and Time to First Byte (TTFB) exceed 5 seconds.
Artificial Bandwidth Limitation
The average speed in the pool holds at the 5-10 Mbps mark, but sometimes drops to 0.24 Mbps. For mass-liking, bid management, or text scraping, this is more than sufficient. It's hard to say what this is connected to-maybe the provider throttles the speed, or maybe it's a network issue-but the fact remains: the speed can jump around.

SOAX is far from a mass-market tool; the complexity of the setup combined with high rates (the minimum plan that allows you to start working with the proxy starts at $90) is a barrier. But if you need strict geo-targeting by providers, are technically savvy enough to patch DNS leaks, and are willing to put up with uneven download speeds-you can give it a try.

But for resource-intensive tasks with an emphasis on speed, its bandwidth is not enough.
IPRoyal Mobile Proxies - Honest 3G for Long-Lived Sessions

In the proxy world, it is customary to chase the speed of IP changes: the faster the rotation, the better for the software. But there are tasks where frequent address changes guarantee a ban. For instance, if you are farming a high-trust Facebook account, corresponding on behalf of a brand, or setting up an ad cabinet, you need stability. And this is where IPRoyal can shine.
Honestly, the results were mixed, but you have to look for the positive in everything, and here is what we found.
The main problem with IPRoyal is that you cannot buy a pool of mobile proxies here; you buy a specific mobile address from a specific provider. And it's Expensive.

Crystal Trust (Zero Abuse)
There were no problems with spam listings at IPRoyal; it's a clean address. Zero suspicion.

We duplicated one IP address and ran it through the checker for the purity of the experiment.
90-Second Rotation: Bug or Feature?

If you need fast rotation, you will hate this mobile proxy provider. IPRoyal is not about fast rotation. Forcing an IP address change takes between 88 and 96 seconds (about a minute and a half!). The IPRoyal server literally clings to the assigned address and does not give up a new one at the snap of your fingers. What could this be related to? IPRoyal likely hard-reboots the modems to obtain a new IP address, or they search for new P2P donors, which affects the speed.
But on the flip side, this is the perfect Sticky mode. Even if the connection "blinks," the proxy won't throw you onto a new IP address in that exact second, right in the middle of a session. IPRoyal holds the IP address to the very end.
Working with the Panel
The interface is intuitive. The main plus for those who work with long-lived sessions is the ability to purchase traffic (GB) that does not expire at the end of the month. You pay only for what you actually spent on farming.
IPRoyal is not about mass scraping or aggressive rotation. It is a tool for manual farming, reputation management, and working with the most capricious ad cabinets, where IP stability throughout the entire session matters more than anything else.
Catastrophic Speed (Slow Even for 3G)
But a long IP change time isn't the worst part; there is also the download speed, and it hovers at the lowest average mark-1.7 Mbps. And the ping stably holds around 2000-2500 ms, occasionally skyrocketing to 7298.5 ms.

A speed of 0.5 Mbps means that a standard Facebook page or Business Manager will load for 10-15 seconds. If you are working manually through an anti-detect browser, you will have to arm yourself with patience. Uploading video creatives is out of the question.
Technical Guide: Setting Up a Floppydata Mobile Proxy in GoLogin
Since Floppydata claims seamless integration, we have prepared a guide on setting up integration with the GoLogin anti-detect browser, especially since it only takes a couple of minutes to configure there.
Step 1: Purchasing and Generating a Port
- In the Floppydata panel, select a Pay-as-you-go package or click "Create proxy pool".
- Select the proxy type (Mobile proxies).
- Select the protocol (we recommend SOCKS5 for maximum anonymity) and the desired country.
- Click the "Create proxy pool" button.

Copy the received data (Host, Port, Login, Password) and go to the GoLogin anti-detect browser.
Step 2: Linking with GoLogin
- Create a new profile in GoLogin.
- Go to the Proxy section.
- Set the proxy type to Auto.
- Paste the data copied from Floppydata.
- Click the Check Proxy button. GoLogin should instantly show the region and a green connection status, after which you can create the profile.

That's it; you can launch the profile and get to work.
Conclusion: Choosing the Best Mobile Proxy for Your Needs
What can we take away from this research? You shouldn't blindly trust the beautiful landing pages of proxy providers. We never managed to get the claimed 100+ Mbps from any of the top participants. In the world of mobile proxies, there is no single perfect solution for everything. There is a right tool for a specific task:
- Universal Leader for Traffic Arbitrage (FB/TikTok) and Automation: If you need clean trust, zero DNS leaks, and instant IP changes in 1 second, Floppydata unconditionally takes first place. At a price of $1/GB, it is the best-balanced tool on the market.
- Heavy Enterprise Scraping: For the corporate segment and mass scraping, Oxylabs is suitable. You will overpay for the brand, but you will get high stability.
- Manual Farming and Long Sessions: If your task is the careful warm-up of high-trust accounts, where IP changes are critical, go with IPRoyal. Their 90-second Sticky mode is exactly what you need.
- Outsiders for the Average Media Buyer: Giants like Bright Data with their SSL certificate spoofing and dead P2P donors, as well as SOAX with local SOCKS5 leaks, require technical skills that are too deep and serious budgets. For a quick start, this is an unjustifiably complex choice.
When you decide to buy 4G/5G mobile proxies, do not chase peak speeds. In traffic arbitrage, 5 stable megabits, zero downtime during rotation, and the absence of IP addresses in AbuseIPDB will bring you much more profit than an unstable high-speed roulette.
Integrate proxies smartly, check fingerprints via GoLogin before starting sessions, and only pay for the quality that is actually confirmed by your own tests!
